30-Day Return Policy 🗓️

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if you’re not completely satisfied. Whether you had a change of heart or something didn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 📦 If your item shows signs of use, we may not be able to accept the return — thanks for understanding!

How to Start a Return 📬

Simply email us at support@aussiehomepicks.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions. Easy as that!

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Always keep your tracking number when you send a return — it helps us process your refund faster! 🚚

Refund Processing 💳

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to let you know we have your returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account. 💬

If your return is rejected because it doesn’t meet our return conditions, we’ll contact you right away to discuss the next steps.

Damaged or Faulty Items 🛠️

We’re so sorry if your item arrived damaged or faulty! 🙈 Please contact us at support@aussiehomepicks.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items 🚫
